Marlon began his personal training career in 2005 at Richie’s Gym on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. In 2008, he received his certification from PROPTA, which was facilitated by the United States Military. His training expertise spans both military-style training and conventional gym training. With approximately 16 years of experience, he has worked as a personal trainer on and off, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through a blend of rigorous and traditional training methods.

Sean King
Sean is a personal fitness trainer and athlete with over six years of experience, specializing in training in Mandeville and St. Elizabeth. He has competed in the NPAJ competition and has promoted a proactive lifestyle in Jamaica. Sean believes that exercise not only transforms your body but also enhances your mind, attitude, and mood. With a deep passion for helping his clients achieve their fitness goals and attain the best shape of their lives, Sean is dedicated to promoting the mantra: "Better body, better life!"

Aaron Swaby
Aaron is a certified fitness trainer with a passion for health and wellness that began in 2000. Initially a track and field athlete in primary and high school, Aaron's athletic career did not progress as far as he had hoped. This setback led him to discover a deeper love for the gym and exercise. Over the years, he expanded his expertise, earning certifications in sports massage therapy, body massage, and acupressure massage from GC Foster College. Aaron is also certified to train individuals recovering from the COVID-19 virus. His diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to fitness make him a versatile and knowledgeable professional in the health and wellness field.
