  • Exchanges for Food Items Only: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect food item, we offer exchanges for the same item only. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • Conditions for Exchanges:

      • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      • You must provide proof of purchase.

      • Exchanges will only be provided for the same food item purchased.

    • Non-Exchangeable Items:

      • Perishable items cannot be exchanged.

      • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

    No Returns: We do not accept returns on any food items purchased from NRG Fitness. Once a food item has been purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason.

    NRG Fitness reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • At NRG Fitness, we strive to provide the best fitness experience to our members. While we offer a variety of top-quality products, such as supplements, gear, and apparel for your fitness journey, we currently do not provide delivery services for these items.

    All purchases made at NRG Fitness must be collected in person at our gym location during regular operating hours. Here are the key points of our product policy:

    • In-Store Pickup Only: All products purchased from NRG Fitness must be collected at the gym. We do not offer delivery services.

    • Purchase Methods: You can purchase products directly from our front desk or through our online platform for in-store pickup.

    • Pickup Timeframe: Products purchased must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After this period, uncollected items may be returned to stock, and a refund will be issued upon request.

    • Hours of Pickup: Products are available for pickup during our standard business hours. Please check our website or contact our front desk for up-to-date information on hours of operation.

    • Proof of Purchase: Please bring your receipt or a valid ID when picking up your items to ensure a smooth collection process.
